Born and raised in South Africa. Worked up through the ranks of a corporate French electrical company servicing much of sub-Saharan Africa before moving to the UK. Practical on the ground knowledge of the region. Currently a mentor for the Technology Incubator at Coventry University, runs a strategic business coaching company (since 2004). Is a widely connected and sees the tremendous potential Africa has for itself and those that help it.
After 6 years as a Counsellor with the West Midlands Confederation of British Industry Brian has served the Institute of Directors in the West Midlands, for the last three years as Regional Chair.A member of the IoD’s Brexit Committee Brian now leads the IoD group on Exports.
